This type of apartment, in the building is placed in the groundfloor with private pool & garden, in the middle of the building in levels of 3rd-4th floor, and in the last levels of the building with private roof garden & amazing city views! 
The main goal while designing this type of apartment, is to have a master bedroom with walk in closet in the same level as the living room, so this level can work individually.
