Frequently Asked Questions

There is not a specific answer on that, as the price varies from many factors: the area, the phase of the construction, the floor of the apartment, the access to the building, the quality of materials. Contact us for a specific type of apartment on our projects and we will follow up with a quotation. 

The timeline varies per case based on the size of the project. As a general rule though, we have the 20-24 months of construction work for a residential building project that consists of 1.500 sq.m. 

Our company is active in both architecture & construction field ,  with teams of architects & engineers & project managers. We also have a development department where a team of professionals in finance in sales can manage a project from finding the plot for it, running business plans & selling all units that it includes. 

Upon buying an apartment from our company, we also provide the architecture study that goes with it. On this study we include the designs of all spaces, as our team of architects have designed it, with materials & dimensions, and examples of furnishing. If still the client needs a more detailed service, our company provides interior design upon request with extra charge.
